*It is hereby understood that the submission of this 60 day notice is not valid until I/We receive an email confirmation back from Ideal Properties stating it was received. It is also understood that no notice is valid unless all parties on the lease agreement have signed and submitted a notice to vacate form in accordance with the lease.

*I/We understand that this notice must be received no later than the 1st day of a rental period. Any notice received between the 2nd and 31st days of a month will go into effect the 1st day of the following month. I/We also understand that this notice in no way constitutes the termination of our obligation to pay rent and other assoicated fees in accordance with our lease with Ideal Properties. I/We will receive a letter via email that will disclose our obligations disclosed in our lease agreement with Ideal Properties.

*VACATING PRIOR TO THE END OF THE LEASE TERM: It is hereby understood that if LESSEE gives notice to vacate prior to the end of their lease term, a $500.00 relet fee will be charged to LESSEE'S account and is due and payable immediately in accordance with the non-standard rental provisions of the LEESSE'S signed lease agreement. This fee in no way waives the LESSEE'S responsibility to pay rent and other costs associated with the unit in accordance with the lease. In the event the LESSEE ends up paying rent and associated costs on the unit through the end of their original lease term, the relet fee does not apply and would be treated as a deposit on the LESSEE'S account.
